Okay, here’s a unique download. On January 11th, I played BOTH rooms at Flappers! Here’s the audio from BOTH shows! First a short set in the YooHoo Room and then a full set in the Main Room as part of Uncle Clyde’s Comedy Contest. As you’ll hear, the Main Room show was a little rough, but I think I pulled it out okay. Here’s the set list (yes, there’s two repeated songs, but it was different audiences):

Coming mid to late February or early March at the latest, a brand new (sort of) Throwing Toasters CD. There have been many more Throwing Toasters gigs as of late and what I’ve learned is that people want CDs. The Everything (almost) MP3 CDs sell, but people still want CDs. So I figured what I’d do is create one CD with all the Throwing Toasters ‘favorites’ on it, plus a few ‘previously unreleased’ songs, so that I could sell them at shows.

Had a great time opening for Caroline Rhea at Flappers on New Year’s Eve! A lot of fun and Caroline is fantastic. Hope you all had just as good a new year celebration.

Throwing Toasters was called in for a last minute M.C. gig at Flappers, so this set is shorter than usual. It’s also pretty much the same songs as always. Looking to mix things up a little in the new year and work some older songs into rotation. And maybe, possibly, write something new? Maybe.

This night was supposed to be strictly a fundraiser for Vets On Set. Then it was combined with another show in the building because of low attendance for that show. The other show was the Final Performance for a class of TEEN COMICS! And none of them were teenagers! The oldest was 12! At any rate, a fun show and a fun adlibbed song in the middle.
