I got to Washing D.C. at about 3
O’Clock and I did…
Museum Of American
History
The National Archive (home of the
Constitution & The Declaration Of
Independence)
Air & Space
Museum
The Brand New Native American
Museum
The Capitol
Building
Grant’s Monument (Oh,
yeah!)
The a LONG walk down Pennsylvania
Avenue (which takes you past the Dept, Of Justice & the F.B.I. building
among others)
The White
House
Constitution
Park
Vietnam
Memorial
The Lincoln
Memorial
The Korean War
Memorial
and I saw the Washington Monument
(it’s currently closed)
Then I went
home at 7PM. So I did ALL that in 4
hours!
I went home and SLEPT! But it
was a great day off! Here’s some

Can you tell I was getting more and
more tired as I charged across Washington D.C.? :-) It was TOTALLY worth it
though.
If you’ve never been, you have
to go. It really is a very cool place. You really do need days to see
everything in all the museums, but to get to see the few things I did was really
amazing. The rotunda at the National Archives is fantastic. I also got to see
the Star Spangled Banner, but no photos were allowed.
