bravest mother in the world giving my brother and I Krazy Glue!!!! I figured I

ADVENT 2003 DAY #016 – CALENDAR CHAOS!!

You will not believe what has happened in the story
of the Advent Calendar! I now present a re-enactment of what went
down.

THE TUESDAY, DECEMBER 17, 2003 -
ADVENT CALENDAR DAY 16 INCIDENT
(RE-ENACTMENT)

(RECAP)

My Advent Calendar is on the left, Brandon’s
is on the right.

DATE:
12/16/03
TIME: 3:00
AM
LOCATION: BACIOCCO FAMILY
BATHROOM

Brandon comes home from a night of fun at
3AM. He goes into the bathroom and make sure no one sees
him.

An evil plot hatches in his mind. He
decides to open Grant’s Advent Calendar for Day
#16.

Removing the Day #16 gift, a mini Slinky,
Brandon steals off into the night with the
goods.

Around noon on the 16th, Grant comes in to
open his Advent Calendar only to find door number 16 opened and the prize inside
gone. He goes through three stages of emotions first (pictured above)
SHOCK!

Then
disbelief….

Finally ANGER after realizing what has
happened and he sets out to find Brandon.

Grant finds Brandon and politely asks for
his day 16 prize.

To save his skin, Brandon offers his door
number 16 to Grant. Grant kindly agrees to the
offer.

$5! The luck is with Grant! Ha ha
haaaaaaaa!

Brandon is not too thrilled about being left
with the Slinky.

Grant softens….a
little.

He decides to do the right thing and give
Brandon the $5 in exchange for the slinky.

and brotherly love and the spirit of the
season prevails. Doesn’t it just make you all warm and squishy?

home…

Before I left for the airport at TOO:EARLY AM this
morning I paused to open up my advent
calendar!

GLad I did because it was another
day….

Another dollar! Which was good because I
got to LAX and realized that I didn’t have my iPod earphones and I had to buy
some at the airport.

Here’s the beautiful mountains of Utah! Had
a stop over and had to change planes in Utah to get to Billings. And here’s my
plane…

Yep, my private little jet. It was really
nice and spacious except for all the other passengers. When i landed in
Billings I was met by Steph who is the student Activities coordinator. She is
awesome and we picked up her roommate Yates (that’s her last name) and went and
had some pizza. Now I’m just chilling at the hotel, making sure that the guitar
is in tune and my set list is…well…set.

I decorated my apartment!

AWWW YEAH! LEG LAMP IN FULL EFFECT!!!! I’m
going tomorrow night to go see A CHRISTMAS STORY on the big screen and a Q&A
with the director! I’m pumped! Can’t wait!

You would be hard pressed to find a household that
gets into the spirit of Christmas more than the Baciocco House! Last Christmas,
Mom bought us these wooden Advent Calendars. Every year for Christmas I’ve had
an Advent Calendar. It’s usually something you buy in a store for like $5 that
has little doors you open, one a day, till Christmas and they have a piece of
candy inside.

Well the Calendars Mom
bought last year were big wooden affairs that we have to bring home every year
for her to fill with goodies! Then we can take them home and open a door a
day!
